Founder & Director

Simon Boakye

MSGH, BSc

Simon is a public health professional and global health strategist with a Master of Science in Global Health from the University of Geneva - one of the world's leading institutions in international health and diplomacy. With a strong foundation in epidemiology, health systems, and community-driven interventions, Simon founded EquiHealth Academy to transform how the next generation of health leaders are trained and deployed and under belief that health is broader than disease treatment alone; it includes education, social support, being compasionate, clean environment, water and sanitation, dignity, and the practical skills people need to thrive in a fast-changing world. His work bridges rigorous academic research with measurable real-world impact, spanning responsible AI integration in health systems, work, scientific capacity building, and high-level partnership development with international institutions. Simon is guided by a belief that geography, socioeconomic background, and access to opportunity should never determine the quality of one's contribution to global health and human dignity.
